Rachel Cogle
Arena 1 Judge
A native of Georgetown, Texas, Dr. Rachel Cogle is a carded judge with NSBA, ARHA, and ABRA and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Equine Industry and Business at West Texas A&M University. Her judging career began at just 14 years old with the Williamson County 4-H Horse Judging Program.
Dr. Cogle attended Oklahoma State University, where she competed on an AQHA Congress and World Champion Horse Judging Team. She later returned as a coach, leading OSU's horse judging team to additional AQHA Congress and World Championships while earning her master's degree in Equine Nutrition. She then continued her education at the University of Arkansas, where she founded the university's collegiate horse judging program while completing her Ph.D. in Bovine Reproductive Physiology.
Throughout her career, Dr. Cogle has traveled across the country judging ranch horse competitions, earning a reputation for valuing practicality, versatility, and correct ranch horse movement. As a Central Texas native, she is especially excited to return home and join 2Q Ranch Productions as a judge.
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Cogle to the 2Q Ranch Productions family and can't wait for our exhibitors to learn from and compete under her experienced eye this season!
Greg Dial
Arena 2 Judge
We’re proud to have Greg Dial, founder of The Gentle Rein, as the judge for our Feb 14, 2026 2Q Ranch Productions show. Greg brings nearly 40 years of experience as a trainer, clinician, coach, and judge across disciplines that include reining, cowhorse, versatility, western pleasure, trail, and halter.
Greg believes in fostering a “precision partnership” between horse and rider—an approach rooted in foundation training and a calm, reward‑based teaching philosophy. His goal is to build trust, confidence, and understanding. Through clinics and demonstrations across Texas, Greg continues to promote versatile horsemanship anchored in biomechanical integrity, functional anatomy, and empathetic communication.
His approachable style and encouraging eye remind us that every ride is a chance to grow, build confidence, and enjoy the journey!
Madison Strief
Trail Judge
Please welcome Madison Strief as the Trail Judge for our September and October 2Q shows! Madison brings a warm, approachable presence to the arena paired with a strong foundation in equine evaluation and horsemanship. Her passion for the industry and commitment to fairness make her a wonderful addition to the 2Q judging team.
Madison has developed her judging eye through her involvement with the Texas A&M University Horse Judging Team, where she competed on the 2021 team. Following her completion of her competitive judging year, she served as an assistant coach supporting collegiate competitors and educational clinics. This experience has given her extensive exposure to evaluating horses across a wide range of disciplines, helping her build a consistent approach to judging.
Madison has judged for 2Q Ranch Productions clinics, where riders appreciated her clear communication, professionalism, and encouraging demeanor. Her ability to balance accuracy with a positive, educational environment ensures that riders feel confident, respected, and supported each time they enter the trail pen.

Jenna Seal
Arena 1 Judge
A native of Mississippi, Jenna Seal is an accomplished professional horsewoman, multiple World and Reserve World Champion, and carded judge with ASHA and NRCHA. She owns and operates Jenna Seal Performance Horses in Stephenville, Texas, specializing in versatility ranch horse and reining competition through AQHA, APHA, and NRHA.
Jenna earned her degree in Equine Science from Middle Tennessee State University, where she competed as a member of both the university’s equestrian and stock horse teams. During her collegiate career, she earned numerous national honors and helped the MTSU Western Equestrian Team secure a third-place finish at the 2018 IHSA National Championships.
As a trainer and coach, Jenna has guided riders to multiple World and Reserve World Championship titles in ranch horse events. Her own accomplishments include World Championship titles and Top Five and Top Ten finishes at the AQHA and APHA World Championship Shows.
Known for her well-rounded horsemanship and extensive experience in ranch riding, ranch trail, and reining, Jenna brings a knowledgeable and practical perspective to the judge’s chair.

Hailey Bell
Arena 2 Judge
Hailey Bell is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she competed on the Collegiate Reining Horse Judging Team in 2021 and the All-Star Horse Judging Team in 2022. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with an Equine Certificate in 2023 before returning to complete her master’s degree in Agriculture.
Since graduating, Hailey has remained actively involved in the equine industry, serving at horse shows in nearly every capacity including judge, scribe, USEF drug tester, exhibitor, gate attendant, and ring steward. She also continues to ride, train, and show horses for friends, giving her valuable experience with a wide variety of horses, riders, and disciplines.
Outside the arena, Hailey works part-time as an accountant and enjoys competing in country-western dance competitions, serving at her church, and spending time with her dog, Esther.
We are excited to welcome Hailey to the 2Q Ranch Productions family as our Arena 2 Judge and look forward to having our exhibitors compete under her knowledgeable and well-rounded eye!
Magen Warlick
Trail Judge
Magen Warlick is a passionate clinician, colt starter and student of the horse. Born with an unrelenting desire to be around horses, Magen has spent her life studying to better educate herself, horses and their human partners. Magen has studied under a wide variety of skilled horseman to bring a well rounded approach to the art of communicating with horses. She has also honed her competitive career in many disciplines, Obstacle challenges, Cow Horse, Versatility events and Team Roping . She holds National and World Championships on multiple horses in these disciplines. Her passion now lies in starting young horses at her facility in Stephenville, Texas, bound for the competition arena in western sports, including cow horse and roping. Magen is also raising a few foals each year, the first of competition age have thrived on every stage. Magen travels the world teaching horsemanship clinics to all levels of horse and rider. She has an innate ability to see the horse and explain how to best help the human understand the horses perspective.
We can't wait for Magen to join the 2Q judging family in October!!

Aislin McStay
Trail Judge
Please welcome Aislin McStay as the Trail Judge for our 2Q show in February!! Aislin brings a fresh blend of competitive riding experience and accomplished judging credentials to the arena. A lifelong horsewoman, she has competed across disciplines including 3-day eventing, ranch versatility, trail, and all-around western events, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to succeed in and out of the show pen.
Her judging foundation was built as a member of the West Texas A&M University Horse Judging Team, where she earned national recognition, placing in the Top 10 overall at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress.This combination of hands-on horsemanship and competitive judging experience gives her both the technical knowledge and the practical insight to evaluate riders with fairness and precision.
Her sharp eye, professional integrity, and welcoming style ensure that every rider not only receives a fair score, but also leaves the arena feeling encouraged, respected, and inspired to keep growing in the sport.
