Madison Strief
Trail Judge
Please welcome Madison Strief as the Trail Judge for our September and October 2Q shows! Madison brings a warm, approachable presence to the arena paired with a strong foundation in equine evaluation and horsemanship. Her passion for the industry and commitment to fairness make her a wonderful addition to the 2Q judging team.
Madison has developed her judging eye through her involvement with the Texas A&M University Horse Judging Team, where she competed on the 2021 team. Following her completion of her competitive judging year, she served as an assistant coach supporting collegiate competitors and educational clinics. This experience has given her extensive exposure to evaluating horses across a wide range of disciplines, helping her build a consistent approach to judging.
Madison has judged for 2Q Ranch Productions clinics, where riders appreciated her clear communication, professionalism, and encouraging demeanor. Her ability to balance accuracy with a positive, educational environment ensures that riders feel confident, respected, and supported each time they enter the trail pen.
We’re excited to welcome Madison back and look forward to her continued contribution to the 2Q show experience!

Aislin McStay
Trail Judge
Please welcome Aislin McStay as the Trail Judge for our 2Q show in February!! Aislin brings a fresh blend of competitive riding experience and accomplished judging credentials to the arena. A lifelong horsewoman, she has competed across disciplines including 3-day eventing, ranch versatility, trail, and all-around western events, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to succeed in and out of the show pen.
Her judging foundation was built as a member of the West Texas A&M University Horse Judging Team, where she earned national recognition, placing in the Top 10 overall at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress.This combination of hands-on horsemanship and competitive judging experience gives her both the technical knowledge and the practical insight to evaluate riders with fairness and precision.
Her sharp eye, professional integrity, and welcoming style ensure that every rider not only receives a fair score, but also leaves the arena feeling encouraged, respected, and inspired to keep growing in the sport.


Greg Dial
Arena Judge
We’re proud to have Greg Dial, founder of The Gentle Rein, as the judge for our Feb 14, 2026 2Q Ranch Productions show. Greg brings nearly 40 years of experience as a trainer, clinician, coach, and judge across disciplines that include reining, cowhorse, versatility, western pleasure, trail, and halter.
Greg believes in fostering a “precision partnership” between horse and rider—an approach rooted in foundation training and a calm, reward‑based teaching philosophy. His goal is to build trust, confidence, and understanding. Through clinics and demonstrations across Texas, Greg continues to promote versatile horsemanship anchored in biomechanical integrity, functional anatomy, and empathetic communication.
His approachable style and encouraging eye remind us that every ride is a chance to grow, build confidence, and enjoy the journey!
